Mi occupo del ruolo dell’asse HGF/c-Met nella morfogenesi cardiaca e nella patogenesi di malattie cardiache attraverso l’uso di due modelli murini condizionali e cardiaco-specifici esprimenti HGF o Tpr-Met, la forma attiva del recettore Met. / I am interested in the role of HGF/c-Met axis in the cardiac morphogenesis and patogenesis, through the use of murine conditional cardiac-specific models expressing HGF or Tpr-Met, the activated form of Met.
